Irregular plug-in machines often take two shifts of production for 20 hours without stopping, causing fatigue in the equipment. It is necessary to maintain the equipment at the appropriate time in order to better use it and help you earn more money. As is well known, a car with tens of thousands to millions of kilometers needs to undergo major maintenance every certain kilometer or period of time. Irregular plug-in machines are no exception. When operating for a long time, lubricating oil needs to be added to the friction area of the screw, and some areas need to be cleaned. Where does the irregular plug-in machine need to be maintained? Maintenance and upkeep requirements for special-shaped plug-in machines
1. User precautions
To prevent the equipment from being unable to operate, operating incorrectly, or affecting its performance or causing damage, the following precautions will be followed: the machine should operate in a clean, temperature, and humidity compliant environment.
Do not store the machine in open air, high temperature, and humid environments.
There should be no strong electrical or magnetic interference near the plug-in machine.
The plug-in machine should be placed horizontally.
Operators can only operate after passing pre job training.
Repair and maintenance technicians should be very familiar with this equipment.
It is not allowed to open the industrial computer without permission, and it is strictly prohibited to unplug or insert it randomly, let alone modify relevant files without permission.
Ensure that the cooling fan operates normally at all times.
There is a comprehensive maintenance plan.
The PCB to be processed must meet relevant industry standards, that is, the PCB is a qualified and standardized product: the machine cannot work with "defects".
If the replacement parts are high-quality products, try to use the parts provided by the equipment manufacturer.
2. Maintenance and upkeep tips: Proper maintenance and upkeep of a good device is essential to better utilize its functions and extend its lifespan. In order for the machine to better serve you, the following maintenance guidelines will be followed:
Create a "green, healthy, and comfortable" environment for machines
Regularly check whether the fastening screws of each transmission mechanism are loose. Add a small amount of lubricating oil (grease) appropriately, and do not add a large amount of butter.
Regularly and irregularly clean the dust and dirt on the inlet and outlet of each cooling fan, server, industrial computer, and switch power supply.
Clean the air source filter every three months.
The cylinder and its solenoid valve should be maintained every four months.
Add oil to the mist eliminator in a timely manner.
